Ugli salad |
| Ingredients- One ugli fruit peeled and cut into segments
- One curly endive washed and drained
- Large, non-reactive saucepan
- Two ounces lambs lettuce washed and drained
- One small radicchio, washed and drained
Dressing- Four tbsp oil
- Two tbsp cider and ugli juice
- One garlic glove and black pepper

How to prepare? |
Toss the salad and fruit together and mix the salad dressing in a jar. Add salt and pepper to taste and now serve it. |
