  • Large, non-reactive saucepan
  • Two ounces lambs lettuce washed and drained
  • One small radicchio, washed and drained
Dressing
  • Four tbsp oil
  • Two tbsp cider and ugli juice
  • One garlic glove and black pepper

How to prepare?

Toss the salad and fruit together and mix the salad dressing in a jar. Add salt and pepper to taste and now serve it.
