Does American Media Show President Obama the Respect?

The President of the United States of America, it's a huge title and office to hold. Yet and still it seems that some media outlets are satisfied with disrespecting the office of the President. Some media have even called him Mr. Obama rather than President Obama. The disrespect has been subtle and simple as that. It has also been as blatant as the following examples. A noted government officials writing articles which oppose the president's authority, even the recent "piping" of the President's candid conversation into a room full of reporters. Just as President Obama has announced that he will run again for a second term, the campaign trail must resume once again. What does American Media have up their sleeves the election?
