It's time out for saying we don't have time to be more healthy. We can make time to watch TV, play video games, shop, talk on the phone, etc. So why can't we make time to do something for our temples (bodies)? In a brief 10 minute window you can release tension, prevent future frustrations, get your blood flowing, and so much more. In fact, there are a few things you can do that we have listed below. 1. Do 15 sit-ups.
2. Drink a glass of water.
3. Park further away from the entrance and walk.
4. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
5. Jog in place for 9 minutes
6. Lay out your clothes for the next day.
7. Share a healthy recipe.
8. Say thank you to someone who deserves it.
9. Resist the impulse purchase of a candy bar.
