Should this church protest the funerals of deceased US soldiers?

Below is a clip including a woman from Westboro Baptist Church which makes a habit of protesting the funerals of deceased U. S. soldiers. It is sad, to say the least, that people are using their religious beliefs to justify their hatred. As a Christian, it should anger many of us that these people are doing this in the name of our Lord and Savior. She claims that homosexuality and God's anger towards America is the reason these soldiers are dying. It is also reported that many of the funerals this church seeks to protest are of soldiers not involved in any crude acts at all. They just want to make a point and randomly select a soldier's funeral to protest. Please leave a post below and tell us your thoughts. Is this church going too far? Should this church protest the funerals of deceased US soldiers?

This has troubled me since I heard about it. I think it's a shame no matter what the person practiced while living. The family deserved to mourne that person in private. Those people showed no respect and a lack of compassion but this is a "Church"..... I wouldn't want to be a member. Just like they stated freedom of speech and they have rights, so do the families of the deceased. I pray they pass the new law.
